ReceiptDesk is a personal expense management application that helps users organize receipts, invoices, expenses and financial records.
ReceiptDesk uses Google OAuth to allow users to authorize access to Google services required by the application.
ReceiptDesk uses Google Drive to synchronize and store application data, receipts, invoices and information generated from documents processed by ReceiptDesk.
Google Drive data is accessed only for functionality initiated by the user within ReceiptDesk.
ReceiptDesk can process receipts and invoices using Google Gemini in order to extract information such as merchants, dates, totals, taxes, categories and other expense-related data.
The extracted information may be stored in the user's Google Drive as part of ReceiptDesk synchronization and backup functionality.
Google user data accessed by ReceiptDesk is used only to provide the application's user-facing functionality, including synchronization, storage, backup and management of receipts and expense information.
ReceiptDesk does not sell Google user data.
ReceiptDesk does not use Google user data for advertising.
ReceiptDesk does not use Google Workspace user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ReceiptDesk does not share Google user data with third parties except when necessary to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user or when required by law.
ReceiptDesk stores synchronized application information within the user's Google Drive account. Users retain control of their Google Drive account and may remove stored ReceiptDesk data through Google Drive.
Users can revoke ReceiptDesk's access to their Google Account through their Google Account security settings.
ReceiptDesk uses Google OAuth authorization mechanisms to access Google services and does not request the user's Google password.
